    Bath Fitter, one of the nation’s leading remodeling companies, is looking to bring in a seasoned Sales Representative with the ability to grow into our next Sales Force Manager! 


    We are a Game Changing Home Remodeling Company that prides ourselves on the ultimate level of customer service, innovative sales managers and sales success.  We continue to be one of the nation’s top home remodeling companies and are growing our sales and sales representatives each year.  Our proven lead generation program focuses on the local community at retail locations, malls, and events in addition to advertising.  Each office has a local marketing manager that collaborates with the sales manager and sales representatives to ensure enough leads are supplied for our sales team. Our inside sales team then qualifies each prospect while setting an appointment.  This allows our sales manager and sales representatives to focus on what they do best - SALES and SELLING - without the headache of generating your own leads. 


     Compensation and Benefits:

    • Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand
    • Motivate and develop talent through in-field and classroom training exercises
    • Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings
    • Meet or exceed established sales quotas
    • Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
    • Work closely with support staff, i.e. Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff



    • Degree in Business or Marketing strongly preferred
    • Optimistic and positive attitude, with the desire to constantly succeed  
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Proven track record of successfully leading a team to meet sales goals and initiatives
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Experience with Recruiting and on boarding software (applicant tracking systems)
    • Proven leadership capabilities
    • Close in-home sales on the first call
    • Qualified candidates must have a proven record of recent success in
      first call close selling and sales management, and an exceptional work ethic.
