Bath Fitter, the nations leading bathroom re-modeler is now hiring a Branch Administrative Assistant for our office in King of Prussia, PA. 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

To be an extension of the Corporate Office and to assist the Corporate Administration Management staff by supporting all functions of the Bath Fitter office, entering all results of daily activities, scheduling and contract processing functions, following company policies and procedures with a positive attitude and able to demonstrate behavior essential for individual and organizational success.

Responsibilities

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Process all lead and sales results
  • Process and enter accurately Production (measure, service, installation)
  • Prepare Daily Activity Report and report to the Database QC Supervisor
  • Prepare new job folders for all new Sales
  • Manage FTP site, Permit Tracking, Cost Tracking logs, Various Reports
  • Prepare measure and install packets
  • Process cancellations, change orders, log books
  • Process all payment transactions
  • Participates in Branch Staff Meetings, Leadership Conference Calls

Important Considerations:

 

  • Must be willing to put the business needs first and foremost
  • Excellent attendance and flexibility is required
