We want sales professionals at the top of their game to join our award winning team.  


You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you. Our extensive marketing program identifies people with a specific interest in our solutions.  We then have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed.


You will develop a relationship with homeowners that have a demonstrated need for our product and earn their business.  This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position with benefits and we have an advanced commission program - you do not have to wait to get paid.

  • Must possess the desire to thrive and meet goals in a competitive and dynamic sales environment
  • Be able to work independently while taking direction from management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
  • Previous experience in home improvement sales a plus but not a requirement
