Bath Fitter, the Nation’s #1 independently owned  Bathroom Remodeling Company, is seeking a qualified individual to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing and Communications Manager. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies to meet organizational lead-generation and sales objectives, as well as manages and coordinates marketing staff and activities. The Marketing and Communications Manager also supports all corporate communications, community relations and public affairs efforts.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and services
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Create and deploy engaging content to internal and external audiences through a variety of delivery methods, including video, digital and print
  • Ensure employees are aware of changes and projects within the company, and appropriate news about the company is disseminated externally in a timely manner
  • Support all internal and external communications efforts
  • Manage team of marketing professionals

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

  • Create and maintain professional relationships with geographically dispersed local media entities (newspapers, radio stations, TV stations)
  • Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint and other tools
  • Deliver speeches in front of live audiences and in recorded sessions
  • Support graphic needs of other corporate functions
  • Coordinate and manage local company events and functions with local staff as required

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of experience required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent work experience

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)

  • Self-starter
  • Strong written/oral communications, research, proofreading, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate messages and express ideas through content creation
  • Positive attitude, ability to thrive under pressure and work with a team
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

LOCATION OF ROLE

  • The position is based in Lewisberry, PA, but may require up to 10% travel
