Our company has rapidly grown to more than 200 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest bathroom renovation company in the country. Due to our growth we are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to represent our bran brand of quality and service, build trust with new and existing customers and have a strong desire to drive commercial business in the regions we service.

Using tools, training and methodology that you will receive, a successful candidate will create connections with customers and offer our exclusive services to the commercial market.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and annual sales goals by closing business from existing commercial accounts and acquiring new accounts
  • Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
  • Make detailed evaluations of customer bathing areas
  • Identify and solve any issues that appear during the sale, installation or post installation process  
  • Manage projects to completion by working with Production, Marketing, Sales, and Administration
  • Travel within the state of Ohio and potentially other nearby states

 
Who we are looking for:

  • Self motivated to be successful with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Carpentry, plumbing, B2B, and renovation experience preferred
  • Must be able to use a tape measure and laser level
  • Proficient in adding and subtracting fractions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Articulate job scopes and explanations both in person and through emails
